Unfortunately when you give someone a tiny bit of power such as COVID-19 power and regulations shelf stackers become in their own minds bosses of their own world. If you are rude to customers like they are in Asda Hereford then the customers will go elsewhere. You work in a supermarket you are not the Prime Minister get a grip
Been shopping at Asda for years and never had an issue with staff. I dealt with two rude women on customer service this evening. My dad shopped with you three days ago and you didn't remove a security tag from a DVD. I bought his receipt along for it to be removed. The woman retorted very rudely 'What, you only noticed now' No you horrible lady. He noticed when he unpacked his shopping but not everybody goes to Asda every day. The other lady was very sarcastic and smirky 'They left the security tag on from the 14th' as if to say They're pulling a fast one. Two minutes before they dealt with a rude customer and decided to then be rude to me. Perhaps they should acknowledge that the people they deal with may be going through stuff and you're the first person they have spoken to in along time. Be nice as you, I am sure, expect customers to be to you.
Lovely home, garden and clothing section. Very handy disabled parking. However paying is usually slow using any of the payment options. The pharmacy is also very slow and exiting the car park can be very time consuming.
A very messy store no- one tidying up the shelves there was cardboard everywhere. The cafe was shut early which didn't help, and the staff were rude when you went to wrong part to scan your shopping they tell you to down the other end when you have never been in that store before. T
