Hereford 4x4 were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. My Freelander 2 developed a fault and as my step dad had used them before I thought I'd give them a call. I spoke to Tony the workshop manager and told him which fault message was appearing, to which he immediately predicted what it could be. The diagnosis showed that his prediction was correct - the haldex pump was failing. The car was then booked in to have the pump replaced and I was provided a courtesy car while the work was carried out. Paula was great to deal with and managed to get everything booked in to fit around my own needs. I also met Carole the owner who clearly cares about every customer and providing a quality service. All in all a great team of experts who I found to be passionate, knowledgable and genuine. I will be sure to use them for all my Land Rover needs from now on.

Excellent service received from this company very polite and friendly staff. Quickly diagnosed a fault on the air suspension on my range rover sport and carried out a service. Very quick turnaround kept fully informed at all times would highly recommend this company and I will be using them for all future repairs and servicing on my range rover. Great customer service from the time they received my range rover off the recovery lorry until I had my vehicle back after all the repairs and service was carried out.

I took my discovery in for an MOT 2 days before going on holiday. At 11 years old it needed a lot of work doing. Hereford 4 x 4 got on with all the work and completed the service in time for our trip. An excellent job at competitive price.

Great job on the roof rack! However, wished we checked that the rack included the fittings. It didn't and they were an expensive surprise. Excellent service 'though.
