We enlisted Tanya and her team to help care for our Dad 18 months ago. He has 24/7 care and Tanya’s team come in one day a week to provide cover on the other carers day off. However, we feel they have formed a very important part of this care as they not only treat my Dad with dignity and respect but also keep an eye on my Mum who has struggled with the changes to their lives. I have no hesitation in recommending this team and give a big thank you to Mel and Sharon who now feel part of the family .

My gran was 93 and used Tanya and her team for 6 months. Tanya was brilliant initially when we needed to arrange home care in order to be allowed out of hospital and initially did three visits a day. My gran would complain about everyone and everything generally and we had expected this about the carers but she adored them. She was never rude or mean about them and from my Gran this is the biggest compliment that you could get. She recovered from her injury and we continued the carers which were then an absolute godsend during lockdown. Knowing that she was getting daily visits from Tanya and her team when we were not able to was brilliant. It was such a relief and took an incredible amount of pressure off the family but more than that she enjoyed her daily chats and we knew that gran had food and essentials. We loved the app to keep us updated and communication was brilliant. It is clear that Here to care does not have all the marketing of the big companies but they easily outshine them in their ability to care. They focus on what really matters and from the bottom of our hearts we can not thank them enough x
Great care company looking after my Nan. We love being able to track the visits via the family app that you get, and Nan really enjoys her visits.

My 76 year old Mum recently broke her arm and shoulder in a fall. I was looking for temporary care for her and am so lucky to have found Tanya and Here to Care. Right from the very first moment, Tanya has been so very kind, helpful and patient. Nothing has been too much trouble. I simply cannot recommend this company highly enough. Whilst Mum is now back on her feet, she needs a little help managing with day to day tasks, once again Tanya has come to the rescue to help us out.
