I recently visited Hepworth and Hall in Pemberton as I felt my prescription had changed. I was so impressed with the service as soon as I walked through the door. The staff were very welcoming and the shop was COVID secure, making me feel safe. The eye test itself was very thorough and informative. Chris was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was looking for. The shop has a wide variety of frames and the staff were extremely helpful when it came to helping me try on and choose different frames that would suit my face shape etc. I was also informed of different lenses that were available and their benefits which I've never had at another opticians before. I collected 2 pairs of new frames on Saturday and I couldn't be happier! The frames are gorgeous, the prescription is perfect and they arrived within a week or so. I will definitely be visiting Hepworth and Hall for all my regular eye tests in the future!

I recently visited Hepworth & Halls opticians. I can honestly say I was truly impressed by the professional service I received from the very moment I walked through the door, right through to returning to pick up my new glasses. I must say their opticians is right up there with the very best. The equipment they use to test, was state of the art, along with very knowledgeable staff. The shop is also really modern, with lots of designer frames to choose from. I must compliment the staff who dealt with me, from David, Brian, Rachel, Elaine and Kaylee. All deserve a mention as they are up there with the best of professionals. Well done Hepworth & Hall, simply the best opticians in the Wigan borough in my opinion.
I recently visited Hepworth and Hall for a routine eye test. Everyone at Hepworth and Hall are welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and the service is outstanding. The environment is very calm, making you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. The staff helped me choose some prescription glasses alongside prescription sunglasses, ordering in various frames for me to try so I was confident in my decision. I would highly recommend Hepworth and Hall for eye care needs.
My husband and I have very unusual prescriptions and Chris Jones is always exceptional. Every member of staff go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this opticians.
