I have just bought a washing machine and a dishwasher from Hephers. Both were cheaper than John Lewis. Excellent knowledgeable service and prompt delivery at specified times. Hephers is a proper shop and I heartily recommend using it.

Amazing service , lovely friendly staff , my washing machine broke at around 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon, rang Hephers , spoke to a lovely lady , spoke to Simon about the products he had in stock and he kindly delivered me a new washing machine around 4.15 . They really do go that extra mile to help you .
Not happy with delivery didn't come when they said in their delivery time slot so wasted my time waiting rescheduled for next day wasted another afternoon waiting in had to phone them again to be told rudely Im coming....really not good enough.......
Hate doing this because from past experience they have been great but today not good. My wife was left with her mother in a wheelchair to struggle to open the door after being underwhelmed by the sales guy who didn't have a clue.
