Henry, Smith & Hamylton Opticians

Arrived early for my 12.00 appointment to be told that my appointment was at 11.30 and I will have to rebook in 2 weeks. I will have to leave work again in 2 weeks for another appointment. Practice manager not so friendly, patronising and made me feel that it was my mistake that I was late. Luckily I had the text below which was sent to me by HSH. I showed it to the practice manager who still insisted that I missed my appointment. I know that due to COVID they have to clean between clients and they are not operating as normal but did not feel that the practice manager cared as it was a HSH error. I asked to complain but she said she will pass my complaint to head office. No one to picks up the phone at head office and hence the poor Google review. Thank you HSH but there are plenty of opticians in town.
