I have nothing but positive reviews for my program at AlliedRx. Enrollment was easy. During my time any question or concern I had was answered without delay. The staff are super friendly and understood I was a working parent so when I needed extensions or any other accommodation it was granted or they provided options that were available to ensure I finished my program. Cuddos to the staff and everyone that. makes this school work they are top notch!

My friend and I completed the medical billing and coding class back in May 2020 along with the course evaluation survey. We have emailed and attempted to call (no answer) & still haven't heard anything about any certification or what to do next. We understand that there is a pandemic going on but there has been zero communication. We paid for this course and have done everything on our end to no avail. Not to mention throughout the entire course there were duplicate assignments and hardly any help from the instructor. I do not recommend this institution whatsoever.

I signed up for Medical Billing and Coding with a friend of mine in February 2020. Due to the pandemic, our class was switched to online which was not a problem. Since being switched to online, the instructor Shawntae Henderson has not had any communication with us. I was charged 400.00 more than my friend for the exact same class. The course was supposed to finish on May 25, 2020, which I had several assignments that did not even get graded until June 6th. I have reached out several times with no response. I finally reached out again July 15 asking about my certification of completion, I was finally contacted back July 17 and was told that my certification would be mailed that week. Here it is August 17 and I have still not recieved anything. I will not tell anyone whether or not to affiliate with this place, but I will suggest doing A LOT of research first!

Hello, I completed the forms on 9/20 online for phlebotomy on classes starting 10/29 and the only next step is to pay for tuition. I want to talk to someone first and get additional information, but the number that is listed doesn't give me an option to leave a message even though it says I can or to email which no email is listed. I would love to enroll, but not being able to get in touch with someone is frustrating!

There is an extreme lack of communication. My professor has been M.I.A. for the past three weeks and everyone in class is lost, we've missed out on tests and assignments because we don't know what we're doing, and I have emailed the school twice and have called every single day with no answer. The only reason this isn't one star is because the professor we had was a good teacher when she was able to log onto class (class is online now because of Covid)
