I ordered a barbour coat on the Hemores website and I have to say the communication was extremely good! I hadn't recieved a dispatch email but just emailed them to query and they responded very quickly to say the item had been dispatched and sent the tracking link, and in fact the coat arrived later on that day! I am very pleased with the coat and Henmores were the best priced too, would definitely order from here again in the future

First time ordering with Henmores. Ordered a Scoffel gilet which unfortunately had to be returned as it didn't fit. This would normally be a hassle and an expense incurred. Not with Henmores. With free returns and easy print off Royal Mail tracked facility it makes it a breeze. To add to this they were easily the lowest price on the item on purchase. Wish all online shopping was this good.
