Incredibly late delivery and slow customer service response. I ordered a gift for my sister on the 7th of December. It did not arrive until the 14th of January. Small delays given Royal Mail's current issues are completely understandable, but no other company has delivered a product via RM anywhere near as late as Marigold Charms. 2 stars rather than 1 because they did eventually send the product through (possibly a replacement) via 1st class mail, but this was a long while after I flagged that the product hadn't arrived to customer services. Avoid this company until they sort their shipping out.

I made an order on the 26th November and still waiting for my parcel. Marigolds are very slow to reply to email and blaming Royal Mail. I am receiving other parcels via Royal Mail so do not understand the delay? I am not getting a sense of what they will do if my parcel fails to arrive. I would not write this post if the communication channels were better - they must understand it is the only way of getting there attention. This Xmas I wanted to support small businesses and avoid the big A but there poor customer service does not help.
I ordered gifts on 30th November they arrived 10th January. Takes an age for them to respond to enquiries and I end I emailed them directly and they were very unhelpful. I had the impression they were annoyed I had the audacity to contact them. I had already replaced the items and did not want them. They eventually agreed to email a returns postage address. As you might guess I am still waiting for that. As to the products they are were not worth the price paid. I will never use this company again, customer service is non existent
I would nt give any stars but had to to do a review... Don't believe what your told or advised... Un guaranteed and appalling customer service..... Apsolutely appalling..
