This is a great place to go and get your bike fixed. Its a nice informal atmosphere, they know what they are doing and will try their best to fix your bike if you are tight on time. They also do some good fitness classes upstairs and have a good shop (although its mainly roadie stuff). So as well as catering for the more elite in the sport they are pretty good at taking care of us more casual sports folk.

Be aware the opening times on google and on their shop window signs are wrong/ a lie (have just updated google hours now to reflect the right times) even though it says it’s open on sundays (and therefore made a special effort to go see them) they are actually CLOSED......Don’t mind if they are closed on a Sunday and they say they are closed but their shop sign says clearly open and thus misleading. Bought a Wahoo Core here last September. The owner even stayed open for me so I could get there. There are a couple of ridiculous 1 star reviews on here, ignore them. This is a decent bike shop.

the team are AS are both super professional and knowledgeable, but more importantly the customer service and desire to help are second to none. I have recently had a bike fit there which has completely changed my biking experience. My ride is now more comfortable but also my power output is now materially higher. Rob spent a considerable amount of time in helping me sort a new saddle and tried a number of different ones over a few weeks. Never even a glint of impatience. Cant speak highly enough of them and recommend them without question.

Brilliant, friendly service. I had a spell of bad luck with repeated punctures recently and went in several times over the space of a few days with questions I was a little embarrassed to ask. Each time they were very friendly and helped me to sort out several issues with my rear wheel that have since solved the puncture issues. I would definitely recommend to any fellow novice cyclists or runners.
