Awful service in ING Banks (Hengelo)!!! I am international student, from Central Asia. I have tried to open Dutch Bank account to use local services. I have asked few people about banks and most of them recommended me ING Bank. I made an appointment on 20th of September. They sent me an email on 10th October, which contains info and doc-to-fill. I had replied them in the evening. Today it is the 29th of October. And they have not replied on my letter, have not sent me my card, even have not send me rejection letter (claim that they wont open account for me). So I am wondering, what is wrong with ING Bank. Now, I have made an appointment at another bank, waiting for it. Wish me good luck!!! P.S. Cannot provide screenshots, because as it is written \It is confidential information\. P.S.S. A horrible client service by ING! The machine for depositing coins didn't work. I can understand that. What I don't understand is that I was told to wait as it will be fixed, only to be told after 20 minutes that \hopefully\ it will be fixed soon. At that point I left the office.
Schrijf op z'n minst dat jullie gesloten zijn. Is dat zo moeilijk?
Volgens website kantoor geo pend, Maar bij aankomst gesloten wegens covid.. Waarom niet bekend gemaakt?
Volgens website geopend maar is gesloten volgens mededeling op de deur.
