I'd like very much to take a moment to thank everyone who work's at this location for their professionalism, courtesy, respect & manner regarding my visit this morning. I have to admit that from reading the previous reviews I was expecting a total different outcome, so I prepared myself for the worst case scenario prior to my visit. I apologize for prejudging you guys solely based on previous reviews. I'm surely not exaggerating or embellishing regarding my visit that everyone I dealt with from entering until exiting the establishment was on point. Extra kudos to Suzy who drew blood. I'm sorry for my phobia regarding needles because I didn't feel anything. I wish that more service industry businesses could take a page from you guys. THANK YOU, once again Brian,

Very nice place and the staff was very pleasant and helpful... got my physical in no time ...great Job
I took my sister to this place for her new job physical exam. Physical was at 8:00 Am. We reached there at 8:00. Now time is 9:35 AM still waiting to be called. This place has no time management and not at all organized.
I didn't appreciate the fact that no ever gave me paperwork about my rights as a patient, and I got undressed while the employee stood on the other side of the room waiting to do my EKG.
They dont respect the appointments time. My son had an Appointment at 8h30. He finally get in to see the Dr at 9h50 When I keep asking them why they dont start with him , because we had another appointment at 10h 30 somewhere else, they answered that it goes by sign in. I believe that is for ac NY kind of service ,because several other clients were complaining about the same thing. Some of them wanted only to drop a form, other just to have their result. REALLY I DON'T UNDERSTAND.
