ORDER TOOK 1 1/2 HOURS TO ARRIVE. I have ordered from this cafe on 5/6 occasions since the first lockdow in March, so I think I've given them a fair chance. One order was delivered to a neighbour in error (they accepted the food apparently), this is what I was told by staff when I called to query the delay. Fresh food was made, I waited about 25 minutes for this food but in total it was around 1 1/2 hours. Another order, I had asked for a BLT baguette, and paid for a side of chicken and noted for this chicken to be put in the BLT, instead I got the chicken in a separate baguette as well as the BLT baguette. Today's order has taken 1 1/2 hours for 2 sausage and egg rolls and 2 portions of hash browns. I paid for extra fillings on both rolls, so expected to get an extra sausage or an extra egg in each but no, just the usual 2 sausage and 1 egg. I called the cafe 10 minutes after the estimated time had passed and was told 5/10 minutes, it took another 40 minutes. I am so disappointed that I had to wait so long, for just 2 rolls, and that the rolls didn't have the extra fillings I have paid for and with no apology from the driver. The driver wasn't sure if we had drinks with our order, and would've been happy to give us the drinks he had, which was clearly with someone else's order. I have tried calling the cafe to give them the chance to explain or apologise but they are not picking the phone up. Obviously too busy messing up other orders. I WON'T BE ORDERING AGAIN.

One of the worst breakfast experiences ever. Ordered through JustEat, waited THREE hours for our food. Got told after making multiple calls that the food was on its way every time only to still be left waiting. Completely unacceptable, asked for a full refund and got told we could have 3 back. I really fail to understand the concept of doing people THIS bad during a pandemic, it's disgusting. Not to mention; the portions were abmissmal. Not worth the money for the portion. Also got told we would receive some free food to compensate but this was not fulfilled. Would not recommend. Just go somewhere else where you can pay a decent price for decent breakfast food.
