Patricia! This whole review is solely for Patricia, the practice nurse and overall fantastic human being. Seeing her reminds me of how it used to be when you saw the doctor, she's thorough at gaining the whole picture and is present and engaging during your appointment. She's extremely knowledgeable and has a fantastic bed side manner. For once I came away from an appointment comforted, calmed and well cared for. She's a testament to the surgery.

Have been with Lincoln house for 18 years and all the doctors I see are fantastic , always ready to talk and I think they’ve dealt with the Coronavirus very well. Nurses are great too, so miss Hazel! I do agree some of the receptionists can be not very helpful but not all. Recommend them

I have been at the doctors since birth, i am afraid the standards are very poor now. The doctor quality has dropped so much, they don't listen or care. i wanted to give no stars but Google did not let me do that The receptionist's have given up, they used to be so nice. The surgery makes you feel so unwelcome and are not interested in helping you but to get you out of there within 10 mins. The practice manager who spoke to previously did not care and that is another contributing factor to why the standards are so poor and supported staff being rude. I am not sure if all doctor surgeries are now like this. We will try to find new surgery in Hemel Hempstead, a bit scary. I will also be making a formal complaint to the NHS governing body because this is tax payers money and not private health clinic Disgraceful and arrogant comment in response, can I please ask if you are receiving tax payers money? The comment illustrates the lack of care for their patients which is shocking and it appears that you state this to everyone who gives feedback. The comment is register elsewhere.

I went in for my flu jab this morning and it was fantastic, I had the flu at my previous surgery for the past 16 years and it was always a huge drama, not today, from walking in the door and booking In to walking out the back door was less than 5 minutes. My previous surgery I regularly was left queuing outside in the cold, I have asthma and used to regularly suffer with chest infections/bronchitis so to not even queue was amazing, the staff and GP’s alike do a phenomenal job in “ these unprecedented times” carry on guys your worth your weight in Gold.
