We spent a morning sea kayaking with Matt G from Lizard Adventure and had a brilliant time. He was really informative about the local area and made sure we knew everything we needed to ensure a safe and fun kayaking trip. We'll definitely be looking to do another kayaking or coasteering trip with these guys next time we're in Cornwall!

Andrew and I loved exploring the caves and learning so much about the beautiful wildlife we encountered from you. It was great learning all of the techniques from scratch as we have never been taught by anyone. You were very encouraging and a lot of fun, hope to be back for another kayaking adventure! We did SUP as a family at Cadgwith Cove. Matt H was calm, encouraging and kind. We were complete beginners and finished the morning with better self confidence. The experience has inspired me to do SUP again. At Mullion Cove on another day we did kayaking. The enthusiastic guide. Dylan shared colourful local historic knowledge while making the kayaking a unique adventure for my primary school aged boys. Would love to visit again for our next holiday.
We did a three hour kayaking session with Sam as our instructor in Cadgwith Cove. Sam was a really great instructor and had some brilliant local knowledge. We had a fabulous time kayaking along the coast seeing caves and coves you can only reach from the sea. It was such a great experience and we would definitely recommend and do it again!
Jane and I really enjoyed our first ever kayaking experience. Many thanks to Justin our instructor for being patient and friendly. We had a lovely time.
