Fantastic work carried out, a professional written letter helped to reclaim a fraudulent expense and did a top job cleaning up the computer of various viruses which has now speeded up the computer and on top of that added up to date software. Highly recommend to get the job done.

Dispute unresolved, after miss selling of goods and removal of data. Terrible service and awful experience -Jon was too busy to fulfil his promises, delivered incorrect computer, and withheld my personal data by removing and keeping my hard drive - which I still do not have. Have taken this to trading standards and the police.
