Great basic, simple and tasty food. Friendly and relaxed staff.

Classic, tiny and cozy restaurant in the heart of Helsinki famous for its traditional Finnish-style lunch.
Food was good but not exceptional, like you would expect. Big thumps up for homemade gluten free bread. Service was slow and below average. Value for money is not even close to other similar restaurants in the city. Atmosphere is kind of cold. Wine prices are reasonable. Menu is limited but has enough options for wines and food. Classic dishes were on par, but you would expect more from this scale restaurant.
Great food and service. Is a small place but was not very busy on a Tuesday evening.
Very cosy and nice restaurant. With good, professional and friendly service. And the food is excellent too
I tasted the reindeer and it was perfect. Nice and polite service with a great atmosphere. Highly recommend it.
Excellent food and excellent service. The waiter introduced the menu and recommended wine that went great with the food. I'd recommend anyone dining here to try the pine tree ice cream. My only (minor) complaint is that the knives were remarkably dull, but we did get steak knives from the attentive waiter.
Really good spot, the whitefish was just delicious. Pricey? I think it is a normal Helsinki price (dinner around 40/person). It has few tables on the street, really suitable during summer time. I highly recommend this restaurant.
