Leaving my fur baby at home whilst we went away was a stressful idea but Rachel reassured us and sent us photos and updates whilst we were away on how our cat was doing. Helping Paws looked after my rabbits on holiday. It was a bit of a palaver because one of them needs medication every morning. Laura came around, checked that she understood their routine and did a wonderful job of taking care of them. She even put the bins out and watered the plants too. Thank you for your help!
Rachel is absolutely brilliant with our dog Lola. She is very reliable and trustworthy and I think Lola enjoys her walks with her. If you live in the Pontypridd area I highly recommend her!
Rachel looks after out 2 cats while we are away. Our cats can be really fussy but they took to Rachel on their first meeting. We are delighted to find such a reliable service and our cats even happier to get reliable meals and some TLC while we are away. Great Service, thanks again.

Our cats are quite nervous around new people but as soon as we met Rachel we knew she was the kind of person who could help them feel comfortable.
