I have bin working for Helping Hands for nearly two years. I absolutely love this job. I love my customers. The carers are always helpful with advice and assistance. The office team are fantastic, they do anything to help us along with our days. Highly recommend working for this company and highly recommend our carers to look after your loved ones.

I am elated to have finally employed a team of people who not only work efficiently and effectively but also support me (as well as caring for my son). Many years of untrustworthy service providers left me feeling lost and disheartened, I believed I would never have the opportunity to have my son live with me at home, due to his complex medical needs, but then I found Nic at Helping Hands and his dedicated team. Whilst always remaining professional, the team have become a working extension of my family and each carer has their own attributes and personality which compliments and meets my son’s complex needs. I remain in ore of how hard they all work and their dedication not only to get it right for my son but also for me (and I really am hard to please sometimes). Thanks Nic and your team for everything you do for us. Long may it continue!
My first job in care is with these guys. They trained me, let me shadow people and supported me flying solo! They actually care about my availability and gave me working hours that fit with my life and studies! The work is more rewarding than I imagined, I'm honestly so glad I discovered Helping Hands.
I’ve worked for helping hands york for almost a year, and I love it, have been doing care for around 12 years and easily my favourite, the support network of staff is brilliant, other caters are lovely and all clients are wonderful too! If your looking for a job in care I’d highly recommend.
