Communication is only focused on sales, order comes in very quick what is nice, but straight after I had ordered I found out I selected the wrong item I was not able to change what will me bring two additional freight costs. also free shipping should be by 50 Euro to my opinion. When you call no body is answering or it takes way to long.

Excellent experience received during this crisis period. Website is really easy to navigate and the consumer is being updated on a regular basis about his shipment.
