I gotta be honest but this is literally the worst place you could live in right now in Huddersfield. Lived here for 3 years had no problem but last year I got stolen 700 from my own room, and the worst part is when I told them about this they started the case but never been able to end it with a good outcome. They took ages and police did not even call me back, after so many attempts of calling her, this is how much they care about their students. If a person could enter in your room and steal money it means anyone from the outside staff can come and enter in your room steal anything and go away or even worse. The only person who took this case seriously was the receptionist, she has been really helpful but no one else helped me out, as well as Head office who did not take strict actions agains this. I would suggest every student to take strong actions and make sure you choose wisely the place you living in as this one is definitely a NO. By the way, the case is still on and I had no call from Head office and police which means they ONLY care about profit/jobs and not students...

i am very impressed with the quality here.Very friendly staff especially Libby the accommodation manager that helped me and my son out since we starred the reservation procedure from home country. The room is nice, close to the University. Furthermore, Friendly and experienced team, Prompt response to maintenance. All the best for your prompt cooperation. Yahia
Staffs there are very nice and helpful. Especially the manager Libby. She helped me to deal with my room's issues, which were a really smelly fridge and hundreds of bees 'moved' into my room before me. I wasn't feeling very happy but she handled it very good and helped me alot of this issue. I am very please about that and now I am living very comfortable. Thanks Libby!!!
My 2nd year in this accommodation, it is an amazing place and is over the road from the university. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and well tended to if maintenance is needed. Libby is an amazing manager and has been so helpful to me, she has made me feel very welcomed and settled in this accommodation, as well as putting my anxiety at ease.
Great staff especially Libby who was always on hand to give me a hand or just have a friendly chat. Rooms are very nice especially if you’re wanting to focus on uni work and the walk to campus is no more than 5 minutes
