Good equipment, nice atmosphere - the trainers are better than the majority of other Arca locations. Be aware that there's little technical help to get, only for very short time frames during the week. Overall a great functional fitness gym
Clean and quiet box. People are generally more friendly and laid back than in other boxes. Although it has only two rooms there's plenty of space for everyone. Changing rooms and showers are proper!!
A fitness regimen. People are seen working out together in groups, all age which gives a fantastic vibe
Good place to work out, especially crossfit.
