Fantastic Greek Bakery. I am a regular customer. Visited today to check up on Valentines Cakes. Awesome.

Covid regulations are non existent and as others have pointed out- group of men are hanging outside every single time I go there! They have a rule of 4 customers allowed to be inside, but today thats wasn’t the case, there were 6 people inside. Staff is wearing masks below their nose. It was shocking to see that they are picking up the cakes with the same gloves they use to pack and do the payment!Disgusting! They are consistently rude, that goes without saying.

To back up what David is saying, they turn a blind eye to a group of people who are not observing social distancing down Myddleton Road and hang around outside, not using masks at all when they go in. On top of this their customer service standards are very poor and it has been alleged that they are prejudiced against certain minority groups in the area. That is reflected by certain reviews on other forums.

The food is always fresh and tasty, but I'm giving 1 star because recently the customer service is pretty bad. Yesterday we bought some Ravani and a few pieces of baklava with white and dark chocolate and we were clearly informed that there were no nuts in them. I'm lucky I don't have a serious allergy, because even the Ravani strangely had tiny pieces of nuts on the top, as well as the small choc baklava. This could be very dangerous for others, and that's the reason why I'm writing this review.

A great place to taste Greek traditional bakery treats together with Greek coffee. Greek pies are very tasty and the prices are cheaper than in Greece I dare to say. 2 coffees 3 pies 2 bread sticks, less then 10. Great deal guys!!! Wish you had some tables to sit as well, but I suppose that goes to the wish list for your expansion :) Definitely a place I want to visit again and again!!!
