I don't normally leave reviews unless I feel absolutely compelled to do so and this is certainly no exception. This was more than a two tier cake for my twins Charles & Lawrence. It was an absolute masterpiece. Red velvet on the top and vanilla on the bottom. It exploded with flavour, was smooth, soft, wet and more than I could have hoped for; completely befitting for the little princes my boys are. In all my life I have never had a finer cake and if you are able to find one, it is because you have died and gone to cake heaven (which incidentally is where this cake was from). Thank you Helen. My wife would have killed me if I got this wrong.

The cake was perfect, exactly what I wanted and it tastes amazing! Everyone loved it, if only we could take Helen abroad for our wedding cake.
Incredible detail and design goes into every cake Helen makes, There too good to eat sometimes. I have had a number of celebration cakes made and everyone is a masterpiece, can't recommend enough. Neil
