Very helpful service, the Repair Specialists are lenient and willing to help solve your case no matter the challenge. This goes hand in hand with their technical background, they were able to pinpoint my problem and get it fixed well.

They are extremely helpful and quick to get your product back to you. I wasn't sure of which hard drive to replace my broken one with and the gentleman explained in detail both options. Although I went with the more expensive option, his recommendation seemed genuine and not about making a profit. I would 100% recommend.

My laptop froze on me - I'm not a complete computer ignoramus, but also not an expert. I rang up this place and they said I could bring it round immediately. After about a minute, the laptop was up and running again and they refused to take any payment, as the epair\ was so quick and easy - for them! Friendly, competent and quick - highly recommended.
