Stunning. You could not ask for a better butchers. Or a better deli. Or a better hot sandwich joint. The staff are both friendly and courteous, without being obsequious, the food delicious, and all the products made with obvious care. A real gem of Hereford.

Regular visitor. Great place for hot pies and sandwiches. The butchers I very good too. Wide selection of sausages, beef cuts etc. The hot counter serves plenty of different filled baguettes and rolls alongside pies and pasties. Staff are always friendly. Beware it can get very busy.
What a place just started work in Hereford for about 7 months the hot food part is excellent and while waiting in the queue looking at all the meats and pies and all the deli stuff I will be purchasing some of that as well great place
I've only recently begun using this butcher's and I am now asking myself why I haven't used them sooner, wonderful fresh produce and the most friendly, helpful and patient staff for whom nothing is ever a bother. I arrived today and joined the queue on my mobility scooter and waited patiently in line, when my turn came a polite and patient gentleman can out and ask how he could help, I apologised for him having to come out for which he said it was no trouble. I handed over my list and off he went. He processed my order even retuning to offer an alternative to an item they hadn't got. He returned with my order and bill, I was able to pay using a card on a portable machine which was very convenient. Sorry for the long winded response. A huge thank you to the staff for their patience. Neil Holbrook
Its the best for miles around, if I'm in Hereford I always call in for the best hot food around.
