I'm not a specialized person about seats and sofas. When I went to the store this morning the welcome was good. After inspecting the sofas I wanted to get a price, but the way of staff (Nick) was weird and unpolite. The price they gave with the prices on list were incompatible and were not fair. And, he didn't give me price for the last sofa I was interested in; he told me that after taking sizes and going back to store they would give the price. It was again a weird and unpolite situation that I had to leave the store.
Extremely bad service. Super rude and not competent staff! Waiting for our 1700 sofa since 22nd of February and now is mid May. When purchasing we've been told it will arrive in 6 to 10 weeks period.We called them more than 6 times-every time lies and rude answers. We want our money back, but they say it's not possible , while not telling us when we will recieve it and what is the status of our purchase. Better go to Ikea or somewhere else , where you can take your product immediately!
Very helpful staff in store. Get given a booklet of all available sofas and the different combinations. We picked up a couch from the back (extremely good condition with one minor defect) for well under the retail price.
Staff is very pushy. Prices are extremly high, we could get a discount of 1000euro but still we payed too much for the same sofa which I saw it in a different store much much cheaper. I am sorry guys for this review but this is the trueth.
