The Donald Trump of furniture stores. Stay away. Walk past, no run past. I wont bore you with my tale of woe. They offer poorly made products which are clearly over priced in the extreme and the aftersales experience was abysmal, beyond terrible. They are piggybacking on the other reputable furniture stores around them because of their location. I’m disappointed I could not offer them zero stars and had to add 1.

Qualité / prix ok sans plus. Service très moyen. Ne prenez surtout pas la garantie étendue à 5ans, c'est tout simplement du vol! Nous en avons fait l'expérience. Le service au hangar de retrait était bien.

Mooie winkel, hier hebben wij onze woonkamer meubels gekocht. Vriendelijk personeel wat duidelijkheid geeft. Wij hebben gekozen voor ophalen bij het lager met een busje van Pronto. Hierin waren ze erg flexibel qua datum. Wij gingen verhuizen maar de precieze datum stond nog niet vast ivm verbouwing. Dit was geen enkel probleem en deze konden we ook wijzigen (natuurlijk niet last minute maar wel 2 weekjes vooraf)

Wij hebben bij Pronto een mooie hoekbank gezien, maar na het lezen van de reviews hebben wij besloten, deze niet te kopen. Opvallend is dat er veel geklaagd wordt over de slechte service. Jammer want we vinden de bank wel mooi.
