Always enjoyable stay! Relaxing, nice pool, good food, beautiful scenery. Nice amenities of shampoo etc, water, balcony...always clean. Very friendly to communicate...

Nice and cosy hotel for the family even during the Corona time.
Lovely hotel clean and welcoming. Great family room. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast buffet. Good location as a base to visit places with the kids. Close by was a zoo, castle, there is a museum, and the three point of The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany where there is a maze and other things to do. Also 2 small kids parks. Would stay there again for sure!
Very nice hotel even by global standards. Rooms are tastefully done and highly functional. Food in the restaurant is solid and service is excellent. Location is fantastic if driving. It is bit away from central Heerlen if relying on public transport but would highly recommend and stay here again for future visits

Unfortunately the Service and staff are unable to provide minimum hospitality standards for that type of Hotel. Place in general is nice but that does not make up for the MISERABLE Service and Organisation. Seems to be a Casino / Bus Tourist place . Stuff does not care at all. Management not available - As Customer you are trapped in there since it is too far from the Center and the denied to cancel and refund my room when I expresased that I would like to leave because of the bad Situation.- NOT RECOMMENDED !
Super friendly staff, great service. Spacious, great decoration, every detail has been thought through! The castle and gardens came as a real bonus; great for running and walking.
