I have no problem with their goods. But a butcher collecting data such as email, address and phone number for a PICKUP of a piece of meat is not acceptable. Especially as said butcher claims to not have been breached, however both email/password has been compromised as part of a bigger data breach a by a 3rd party a couple of years ago. This is 2018, harvest as little data as possible. Show some respect for other peoples info if you cant keep your own info safe. For the TOTAL lack of customer service and the approach to data collection I have to give this a 1 only. The meat is OK. Thank god there are other butchers.

Vandaag voor het eerst bij slagerij Chateau Briand binnengelopen. Voor ruim 100 euro aan vlees besteld en ik stond met mijn vrouw op mijn bestelling te wachten,todat een jong grietje mij toesnauwde dat mijn vrouw maar even buiten moest wachten in de stromende regen. Stuur dan de binnenkomede klanten naar buiten als het te druk word maar niet diegene die staan te wachten op hun bestelling. Echt te belachelijk voor woorden wat een arrogantie steek je gourmet schotel en t-bone steaks maar ergens waar het donker is Chateaubriand voor mij de eerste en zeer zeker de laatste keer. Het is dat ik 1 ster heb moeten geven maar zelfs die zijn ze niet waard waardeloze winkel zeer klant onvriendelijk.
