Ordered online for pickup at the store. They managed to get eight products wrong out of sixteen, and two additional I noticed after coming home (wrong color paint). Impressive. Lets do another useless trip to the store, mask up hombres!

Absolutely the worst service we have ever received for the installation of floors (which we purchased through gamma), including the extortionate additions that gamma charges for helping to source a professional (hundred of euros in addition). For painting our whole house, gamma quoted us over 10K. We ended up finding another company who did the job for less than half that and did a wonderful job. We also sourced a company for floor installation through gamma. Gamma confirmed to us in the store that we would always have a consultation before agreeing to the price. This was not the case and the construction team showed up ready to install the floors which of course was not possible. Not only did gamma charge us a fee for this (which was their mistake), when we re-scheduled the installation and the team was 'finished' the floors and plints looked poorly installed. They also did not finish the job and would say certain work was 'not what they did' such as kitting the plints or using larger plints for the closets (what we wanted). We are so dissatisfied with gamma and highly recommend not to use their services.
