Professional, friendly butchers on St Albans orbital dual carriageway (up a short lane easy to miss!). Very well established with excellent range of fresh meats plus dairy produce. Importantly all their meats come from livestock grown ON the farm. Can't be beaten.

Superior beef, lamb and pork, if you need something special or a certain cut just pre-order and they will get it for you. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. If you are fan of offel then I would go nowhere else but Hedges Farm Some of the best farm meat you will find in Hertfordshire.

Wide selection meat is available. Free range chickens, there own beef and lamb and pork from another local farm. Very popular butchers farm shop. Meat tastes fantastic. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Bought lamb - very tender and tasty will visit again - good cycling path available as well.
