Dealt with this company for the last four years now and they are so friendly and professional. Buy our cars from them and have our MOT's and bits and bobs done there too. From the second you walk in you feel like your visiting friends. Cant recommend enough.

It seems there is still a problem with your communication department I would like to give five stars to the 2 Matts an Sam they were brilliant and very good, however because of the work shop I have had to give one Star under duress. A long read but may help you make up your mind. I have had more years experience over 40 than that which is advertised for the workshop. Purchased a Mercedes whilst on test drive noted several points that that needed to be fixed, brakes, steering, low water temp. Told they would be sorted. Brakes done but fault showing on dash I agreed to take car with fault showing not a problem as like all my cars they get put on scanner to find faults if any. On collecting car steering wheel not central and pulled to side. Water temperature only got to 40.C designed to run at 90.C they had the car a week still low water temp, still pulled to side. Steering checked and reset at specialist tyre depot, now much lighter and runs true. Test found on side was 5 mill out the other 3. done at cost to me as was scanner test. Thermostat was taken off and found to be jammed open , replaced with another one none franchised this was found to be faulty incorrect gasket allowing casing to leak got to temperature but lost coolant in 15 miles,, fed up changing thermostats and buying antifreeze went to Mercedes dealer got correct thermostat less than a fiver dearer but best of all works, MPG gone from 25 to 40mpg plus emission are now within limits. went back to Heckington spoke to Matt who fetch workshop man who after hearing saga said he could do nothing for me nearly 250 pounds out of pocket no offer to help at to rectify items the workshop should have done.
Busy garage with real engineers working on customers cars. All makes of cars serviced. I only use this garage, the prices are fair and the work is good. MOT’s are honestly reported. Customers are transported home locally and collected when the work is done.
