Went yesterday,all 3 of us had a fantastic time, nicky and captain was brilliant, had lots of laughs and a few scopes in pub with them after, deffo would go again, thank you very much to u both xxxxxx

Doesn't get in touch leaves it until the afternoon to tell you your cruise is not going ahead even though we'd found the extra body's required to put the cruise on. Bad customer service in my opinion as we had to do all the chasing.
Brilliant trip with home made scones and tea. Very informative and relaxing trip. Highly recommend
Lovely hour with tea and scones. Nice experience, and some commentary on things to look it for which was nice. Marking down as the lady onboard serving clearly didn’t want to be there and although not rude, was abrupt and did the bare minimum, and didn’t smile, greet or engage with any niceties at all. Perhaps she was just having a bad day.
Good canal service provider for trips along the famous canal. Would recommend.
