I attended the surgery today for bloods to be taken, Lorraine the nurse was absolutely amazing and calmed my nerves, I usually have to go to Palmers blood clinic as my veins are practically non existent. Lorraine talked to me throughout and put me at ease. Thankyou Lorraine.

I have called the surgery this morning as I needed a blood test and my Medical centre wasn’t helpful at all, but Jayne at Victoria medical centre has been so helpful on the phone and booked me in straight away. In fact the whole team has been so lovely and I can’t thank them all enough for their help. Absolutely lovely team. Thank you all again.
First time visiting the surgery this morning after not being able to get an appointment at my usual practice in a timely manner - first impressions of staff and doctors both really seemed to be great (despite issue yet to still be fully resolved), especially the lady on reception who was warm, welcoming and personable - a far cry from the terribly cold and condescending reception staff at Ellison View surgery! Thanks again - I'll hopefully be changing my practice to you guys soon!
Great practice to visit, Jane & Sonia at reception were brilliant to deal with & are really keen to help any way they can
2 and a half year old grandson with severe breathing difficulties but no one even available to look at him to give advice about how critical it was. It was critical but can’t believe no one could even see him as had no appointment
