Ordered food which was cold, didn't taste cooked and was an incomplete order. Rang to complain and wow just wow the amount of abuse and language I just recieved from the supossed manager calling me every name you can imagine was awful. Have on and off used Heavily tandorri over the years never again and will be taking this further. If you value your money and dignity I wouldn't use this company. I won't belittle myself to tell you the names he called me but to treat a woman in this way where her child who the delivery driver had just woken could hear and the phone wasn't even on loud speaker that is how loud he was shouting is awful. No respect at all
COVID-19 has probably made it quite hard for the people who work here because of the small shop size, I feel really sorry for them. Especially as the place would normally be packed. For good reason, as the food is consistently pretty great.
