You can pass by this place without mouth-watering. The hardest part of the visit us to actually choose what you want to eat (or rather, prioritize what you are going to have at that time and what you're saving for another visit). The deserts are all wonderful and the smoothies as well. The staff is really nice and the place is very calm and welcoming. I've been here three times and I totally recommend. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is worth it!

All I can say is best Milkshake ever!!! Great service and very friendly staff that are very nice and talkative, as well as great food- I ordered 2 Lotus Biscoff milkshakes that were very delicious, thick... they put caramel and chocolate sauce in it and also a very Large biscuit. P:S: I recommend the Lotus Biscoff milkshake.
The deserts and the place is obviously beautiful. But the service is even better. Despite the COVID situation and the rush with the 50% the service was great this one waitress called Manveer was specifically amazing as another girl at one occasion would charge extra for a little bit of strawberries. Manveers service was absolutely amazing as she checked on our table and when I asked for a little more strawberries neither did she charge and she brought a lot. She was generally really kind and nice too, much like most of the staff really. Only one of two staff member ladies would either confuse the order when I exchanged one thing or forget to remove something. Apart from one rare confusion the service, the food, the ambience and the presentation was amazing. Thankyou Manveer.
I had the best reuniting with my childhood friend here. The chocolate fondant was spot on and the customer service was 5 stars. I will be coming back here to try out more desserts. I also liked the music that was being played, at the time it was 'expectations' by Magic. Thank you for yummy desserts! I will be returning very soon & I highly recommend :)
Fantastic choice of desserts. Great service. Staff are so helpful at this branch. The desserts are absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend a visit to this branch (and others). The setting in the store is also appealing and feels so upmarket. Overall, a lovely atmosphere and very quick service with friendly staff
