Currently the worst place to collect and deliver from at Heathrow. The way the drivers have to queue outside in all weather's to submit their documents is an utter disgrace. Staff are generally miserable and unhelpful. Service is painfully slow. Parking is utterly chaotic. HCH Swissport, hang your heads in shame.

Although a very busy warehouse , I find that I treat the frontline staff how I want to be treated , with respect they deserve trying to serve a lot of vehicles. It's very easy to write negative comments , but in my case I have nothing but respect and admiration for the staff on the booking side to the staff on the warehouse doors . Thank you .
Easy to find. The receptionist was grumpy as though. The loading staff were brilliant, very helpful getting our goods into the van. Waited about five minutes to be called then another fifteen and were on the way. Thoroughly satisfied with the service. Would have been five stars if not for the grumpy receptionist who needed his bed.
Not bad place to tip most thr warehouse staff decent and office staff good as gold
