This place is a great place to have a heavy workout it makes you stronger and better I definitely recommend everyone to come to this place its a stunning place with a lot of equipment to get fitter, bigger and stronger!!!
The coach has the best knowledge for boxing and fitness.
Excellent workouts! Really good to place to learn new boxing skills or if you want to generally want to gain fitness ! Instructor is well experienced and knows how to push trainees just that little bit extra or ease off when needed . Highly recommended
