The business is family run so expect there to be few professionalism. They CAN appear miserable and agitated through tone. There are a large variety of birds but none in the way of African Grey's and Macaws. New birds come weekly, not daily as advertised, though that COULD mean accessories only. Daily accessories, weekly birds. Do not buy their cages, bring YOUR own. They sell cages but no portable ones. Warning: Once a bird has been brought, change their diet to contain pellets, not seeds. Seeds are high in fat AND MAY kill your bird.

A great place to find variety of pets. I bought two ringneck parrots from this place. Healthy birds and very well looked after. They keep cages and bird toys as well. Plenty of stuff for your pet.
Would not even give this place one star but had to so I could post. Absolutely terrible experience. I called them a day earlier to find out about toys and perches for my african grey. The man said they have a massive variety of toys for parrots but he did not seem interested to say much. I took the time and went there only to find that they have very low quality toys for parrots and a small handful of toys which a normal animal shop would have. Even Jolleys has a better selection. The staff were not friendly and not bothered either. They falsly advertise themselves as being specialists in African greys!! Won't waste my time there again and not recommended this place to anybody who is serious about parrot care and nutrition. Will stick with Northern Parrots who are the best in the UK. BY the way they were unfriendly and very cold even to give directions on the phone as the sat nav doesn't find the exact location.

I travelled all the way from Essex to look for a parrot and I find this bird centre the birds was lovely and very well looked after and cages was so clean and the staff are so very welcoming and very helpful I brought a 5 month blue amazon he has settled down very nicely and getting used to his new home thank you so much
