I recently bought a Honda Civic from Shorts. I am absolutely delighted with the car. I was dreading buying a car for various personal reasons and Simon made the whole experience a lot more pleasant than I had imagined. He explained everything about the car really clearly and gave me as much time as I needed to test the car. I didn't feel under any pressure to buy at all. He has worked hard to comply with social distancing rules and even sprayed the car with something before I picked it up. There was a little problem that occurred with a faulty shock absorber and he got it sorted really efficiently. I recommend his garage highly and will go back there when I need my next car.
Simon was very professional and personable from start to finish. I was allowed to take the car for a drive on my own, take my time with no pressure and no hard selling whatsoever. Simon clearly sells vehicles he knows are worth the price he's asking for. Thoroughly impressed, highly recommend.
