Vanessa & team were extremely helpful and patient - especially being first time buyers, couldn't have asked for better! Would definitely recommend to anyone buying!

Vanessa and her team are brilliant! The quickest solicitors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Nothing is ever a problem or too much trouble...!!
An outstanding property lawyer with excellent customer care and a thoroughly positive attitude. They get the job done without faffing about and keep their clients fully informed all the way through the transaction. I cannot recommend Vanessa and her team highly enough.
Vanessa and her team were excellent throughout the entire process. Communication was great, and when there were issues up the chain Vanessa kept the pressure on and kept us informed every step of the way. Even after completion with some final bits to settle with our Mortgage provider They were on the case without hesitation. Would 100% use again and recommend highly.
