My daughter and I sat next to Heather on a recent flight - apologising that we're nervous flyers. We had no idea she was a hypnotherapist! She immediately offered to help. She gave us the tools to calm and centre ourselves - useful for any stressful events. We stayed calm (despite a turbulent take off) throughout the flight. On the the return flight we used our new skills to great effect! Thank you Heather!!

It’s like being in the dark and then you see for the first time. You see things differently in a positive way. I would definitely recommend Heather Hall, she changes your life for the better. You’re not aware at the time when you finish the sessions, how beneficial it’s actually been to you, until a few months down the line.

I can't thank Heather enough for all her help and support. Heather guided me through a very difficult time in my life. Through tailored sessions she enabled me to find the root causes of my anxiety and helped me to get my life back on track. I went to see Heather initially to deal with my Anxiety with flying. But it helped me confront other issues I had which Heather then helped me to deal with. I booked 6 sessions and it was more than worth it. Every session I had helped and I came away positive and calmer. Heather made me feel very relaxed and I can’t recommend Heather enough.
