I had a referral from my GP and heath's were fully booked on the same day so they rang around for me and got an appointment elsewhere. They had a cancellation because of the snow and cancelled the appointment elsewhere they had made and fitted me in at their practice. Excellent service 5 stars Reception staff and optometrist very professional.
