Beautiful flowers from a lovely shop, ordered some birthday roses for my partner and they were simply stunning. Partner was happy and that’s which matters... happy customer Ordering was easy, whether it’s by their website or over the phone. The lady was very helpful and friendly. Recommended

Another fabulous Christmas Tree and Garland for the front door. We have had our tree from here for years now and have never been disappointed.
Lovely people. Made us a lush Christmas wreath for our front door last year and will be getting another one this Christmas too.
I emailed the florist (Natalie ) as I wanted a specific time for the flowers to be delivered, a six hour slot for when my partner was in work. All was agreed and told that they would be delivered within the 6 hour time slot, this was all agreed 2 weeks before the date. They turned up 2 hours early so the grand gesture seemed ruined and to top it all off the flowers were nice however a few looked a bit brown and don't think they are going to last more than a couple of days!!! Really dissapointed and wish she could have been honest about delivery times. For the price other florists can do better.
I don't buy flowers often, but seems overpriced
I have used Hearts and flowers for several years and been very satisfied. However when I recently purchased a bouquet for my wifes birthday I was a little dissapointed. All instructions were followed carefully but the flowers had to be returned after just 2 days because they were dropping and wilting, the bouquet was presented very well but the flowers were not fresh. The flowers have since been replaced.
