Always amazing. This place is a lesser known gem and needs to be recognized for their consistently superb work. A little disappointed by the very, very small menu at Christmas brunch today but it's almost to be expected, considering what's going on but they executed brilliantly, as usual.

This place was absolutely amazing! Everything, from the food to the beautiful scenery. I couldn't be more impressed. The staff was so patient and kind, I had two kiddos with me. And they had great recommendations. I ordered the Prime Rib French Dip, and let me tell you...it was to die for! Cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of horseradish, that dish was definitely something to return for! I would highly recommend this place for a date night or even a lunch date! It was wonderful!
This place was an unexpected delight. I’m always wary of resort restaurants, and yet Hearth ‘61 exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed quality dishes with great flavors, friendly staff, and gorgeous views. Our favorite was the basil tortellini, and the market branzino (the flavors in these were surprising and yummy). Would definitely come back. Pro tip: take a walk around the pool after dinner and check out the art past the concierge.

Before you start swiping, you need to smack yourself like I did if you live in the Phoenix area and you haven’t been to Hearth ‘61 yet!! \u200d️ And now you can continue to swipe and admire the space and presentation! The service is impeccable, the food is exquisite and the atmosphere is beautiful I can’t wait to try their breakfast menu and come back for more delicious food!!️ Everyone was so accommodating and I can’t even begin to tell you how good each dish was!!
