Today was one of those rare experiences when I met two of the most friendly and kind people, who were also professional and knowledgable. I wouldn’t recommend seeing anyone else for ear related treatments. You’re in very safe hands with Peter looking after you. Thank you so much.

It was a pleasure meeting Peter this afternoon. He was both friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone experiencing auditory difficulties.
My Husband was the first to visit. He had been advised that our surgery no longer carried out ear wax removal, which was required as his hearing was badly impaired. The appoint was made, he was seen on time. Excellent explanations, hearing test, camera views, and treatment given. Problem solved, and he now engages in conversation instead of saying 'eh?'!! Only one ear required treatment, although both examined. A charge for one ear made, which was reasonable. I then felt I did not hear as well with my right ear, compared with my left. Appointment made, seen on time. Excellent explanations and explorations carried out, including a full hearing test. Only a slight impairment, and no treatment was required. No charge made for this excellent service, as I received no treatment!
Instant Improvement With the demise of NHS funding regarding simple treatment such as ear wax removal, the service offered by Hearing Logic is a more than able alternative. Immediately put at ease by Peter, the service was explained thoroughly and after being shown via camera of my absolutely blocked ears, I wondered, based on past experience in my GP surgery with the Practice Nurse, if Peter would have the skill and patience to complete the task. The procedure was carried out in a calm and competent manner with the result that all the build up of earwax was removed and i could hear properly again. I was then given an audio assessment where it was shown where my hearing deficiencies were based. A no obligation service that was well worth knowing. Would totally recommend.
