This is a great hearing aid company. Very professional and excellent service. I can’t fault them and would recommend them. Asima (the audiologist) took plenty of time with me (pre-lock down) making sure we had everything just right. She saw me both at home and even at my own office at work for the final hearing aid fitting. My hearing aids bear no comparison to the NHS ones I had before, and are worth every penny.
Had the audiologist out to see my mum who was housebound, very professional service, helped my mum choose the right hearing aids for her needs. would recommend the audiologist she was very friendly.
I was finding the service of the NHS hearing aid service that i have been given over the years quite very poor as they only tested my hearing every three years and keep say that the aids i had were fine. So i contacted hearyou.co.uk They quickly arranged a hearing test in my own home, they said which ones would be best for my hearing loss. So i went with what they said and purchased some from them. It's the best decision that i have made in years, Because the one's adviced i am now wearing have given me the best hearing i have had for many, many years. With my old ones i could hardly any sound around the home. Now i can hear myself walking around the home and even hear if i have drop something small on the floor. I am so very glad that i saw there advert on the internet. It has given me a new lease of life and i can enjoy chatting with people again after so long of being unable to.
