I'm a broker from mid north Coast of NSW. I've been doing business with Heaneys for at least 18 years. The number of jobs I've put through them is in the thousands. I have a number of high value clients who insist I only use Heaneys as the printer for their jobs I do for them. They do this because of the consistent quality and reliability. Susan and her team and in particular Ric Dellosa have a service ethos that is 2nd to none . In the broking business you tend to go through printers because you get let down on quality and deadlines. The fact that I have has an unbroken 18 year timeline with Heaneys suggest that this doesn't happen with them. I count myself lucky to have this printer in my stable
