I have been buying Healthy Option Dog Food for our lurcher for three years now. The quality is excellent, she is very healthy on it and the postage is always very speedy! I never remember that the packet is almost empty so it helps that when I order it always comes the next day, even today (Christmas Eve!). We put all our foster dogs on it straight away and we've never had an issue with any upset tummies. Thank you for a super service, product and speed!

Carl and his staff have been just amazing with helping me get our lovely Clara in the right food for her! Not only have the tested her daily with no charge they have give me advise when I lost needs it and not let me give up! She is doing so well now and we couldn’t thank them enough they have put my dogs well-being before anything else. If anyone is thinking of doing the intolerant test on their dog it may not be a quick fix but one thing is for sure you have the full help and advise of these guys and they have your dogs best interests at heart. Thank you so much
Really lovely staff, very helpful. I had my dog tested for food intolerances, the results came back super quickly, they helped with suggestions for food and herbal remedies. Would definitely recommend a visit or phone call if your looking for the right diet for your pet thank you for your help!
Rang for a bit of advise about our dog Eddie scratching and chewing spoke to Carl who tested Eddies hair sample and made some suggestions with regard to our feeding regime Eddie is loads better after only one week great service very knowledgeable guy can’t do enough to help highly recommended
This is the best and only place we shop at for our furry family. We found these guys 12 years ago. They resolved an issue for one of our pups, when the vet was wanting to operate. Since then, we've been regulars and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They have fantastic food, a vast array of treats, herbal remedies, toys and accessories for all kinds of animals. They give free intolerance tests to help identify problems with your pets, and always provide a fantastic service with a smile. This is the only place to get your pet essentials from and we love them all. Thank you x
